Please note: Submission of this form does not indicate approval of the event. Once the event is approved you will be notified. All promoting and advertising will be generated through our Grace on the Hill Communication outlets.

Please tell us the time of your event, as well as the time you will need the area you have requested for prep and tear down.

This fee covers clean up and setting things back in place for our Sunday Services. If this is a church sponsored event and is being used for ministry purposes, there is no charge.

Preparation

Please tell us what preparations or setup need to be completed before your event

Please tell us if you need technology (lights, sound etc.)

Please tell us when you would like to start promoting your event. If this is a birthday party or family gathering, it doesn't need to be promoted by our Creative Team or Staff. You may select that option next.
